Ross and Megan's Classic Wedding at The Lageret

Ross and Megan had this incredible wedding planned when Covid hit. They were a couple who ended up changing their date and putting it off for a year. But they didn’t put the marriage off! They got married in a small ceremony on the day they were to be married and waited a year to throw an absolutely gorgeous shindig!!! Meghan was so happy to finally put in this stunning dress after waiting so long. The Lageret is always a gorgeous backdrop but when you add Elevate Events in and turn into this champagne wall, better together neon sign, taper candles and glorious centerpieces, well then you have somehow made this magical venue into a even more gorgeous space to host your wedding party. I LOVE these two and Ross’s sense of humor and cute accent and Megan’s’ down to earth and fun loving vibe. I couldn’t wait for this day to come and when it did it was everything I imagined and more! You know how I preach and nearly BEG everyone to “do your wedding your way” and to make sure its “all about you” and to avoid generic details that aren’t a fit for you? The reason I do that is because I attend weddings like Jill and Jordan’s and it was 110% them at their own lake cabin, with their closest people. Homemade bar, boat rides, signature drinks, the gorgeous backdrop of Post Lake. Nothing but a good time! Vendor team at the bottom! Enjoy!

Tyler + Rachel's Dreamy Wedding At Oak Hill // Galena, Illinois

The Dreamiest. This couple is first of all amazing, then this venue and they add in gorgeous florals and THAT dress. I died. Literally. Rachel reached out to me in June for an August wedding and yes, it can be done and it can be done really well! I am SO glad I decided to add this one on, because it was so gorgeous and SO much fun!
